The Beginning
In 1948, Hui Tuck, Teck Kee Tanglin Pau's founder, started making Dim Sum along the Koek Road in the Tanglin Area (Modern Day Orchard Road). The business model was simple, fresh ingredient and lots of hardwork. Customers formed a queue when ever the fresh paus were ready. Quantity was limited since it was after all a one-man-show.
Our suppliers have decades of business relationship with us and aware of our high expectations. Premium Quality raw material are delivered to us daily. This is just on ingredient in creating Dim Sum that gives you value and memorable taste and flavours
